Welcome to Zach Slade Photo ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Zach Slade Photo provides professional photography services, including but not limited to sessions, galleries, and print/digital delivery. Details of each package are described on our website or in your agreement with us.

• Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system (Calendly).
• A deposit or retainer may be required to reserve your session date.
• Your session is not confirmed until payment of any required deposit is received.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe).
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
• Deposits/retainers are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or as otherwise stated in your specific service agreement.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.
• We reserve the right to retain deposits for late cancellations.
• In cases of severe weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

• All photographs remain the intellectual property of Zach Slade Photo.
• Clients are granted a personal license to download, share, and print the images provided for personal use.
• Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images requires prior written permission.

• Clients agree to arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or permits for chosen locations.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from delays, restricted access, or conditions outside our control.

• We will take every reasonable effort to deliver quality services and images.
• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or other unforeseen issues, our liability is limited to a reshoot (if possible) or a refund of fees paid.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or emotional distress.

Contact Form Usage: By using our contact form, you consent to your information being processed by EmailJS, our third-party form processing service, to deliver your inquiry to us. While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee the security of third-party services.

Sensitive Information: Do not submit sensitive information (passwords, payment details, health information, social security numbers, or other confidential data) through our contact forms. Use secure, direct communication methods for sensitive matters.

Third-Party Services: Our website integrates third-party providers (Stripe, Calendly, EmailJS, etc.). We are not responsible for their availability, security, or policies. Please review their terms of service separately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website and services means you accept the updated Terms.
